Quality requirements of cement concrete for plastic runway:
1. Natural soil layer: density greater than 95%, moisture content 8-12%. Remove the
turf and humus, and then use 8-12T roller to roll 5-8 times from both sides to the
middle longitudinally.
2.Natural sandstone layer: the thickness is about 150 mm, the particle size is not more
than 2 / 3 of the thickness of the bottom layer, and the aggregate content is 60%. Use
8-12 ton roller to roll 5-8 times.
3. Gravel cushion: the thickness is about 100mm (particle size is 30-60mm). Use 8-12T
roller to roll until the gravel is not loose and there is no ripple on the surface, and
the compaction density reaches 2.2t/m3.
4. Water resisting layer: polyethylene film or PVC thickened water resisting film shall
be used for waterproof roll. The lap joint shall be greater than 200mm, and the margin
shall be greater than 150 mm.
5. Cement concrete soil layer:
(1) the cement concrete above 250 shall be laid as a whole, and the surface mortar
shall be 1:1.
(2) after the plate vibrates, the cement shall be roughened with a wooden box to make
the plastic bond firm.
(3) after the cement is solidified, cut the expansion joint (8-10 mm wide and 30-40 mm
deep) at an interval of 4-5 M.
(4) the thickness of cement concrete shall be about 100mm.
Quality requirements of asphalt concrete for plastic runway:
1. The foundation surface of the plastic runway shall be free of cracks, obvious
rolling wheel tracks, oil stains, unsmoothed asphalt blocks, knots, dents, cracks,
honeycomb or peeling.
2. There is no water blocking phenomenon on the foundation surface.
3. Flatness: the qualified rate of flatness is more than 95%, and the allowable error
of 3M ruler is less than 3mm.
4. Slope: in line with sports technology indicators
5. Compressive strength: R20 > 25kg / cm2 R50 > 10kg / cm2
6. Compactness: the surface compaction density is over 97%, and the dry capacity is
over 2.35kg/l.
7. The softening point of asphalt is > 50 ℃, the elongation is 1500px, and the
penetration is 1 / 10 mm > 60.
8. Asphalt thermal stability coefficient: KT = R20 / R50 ≤ 3.5.
9. Swelling rate: < 1%.
10. Water absorption: 6-10%.
11. Maintenance period: 24 days above 25 ℃, 30 days between 15 ℃ - 25 ℃ and 60 days
below 25 ℃.
12. Before laying the plastic layer on the plastic runway, first wash the foundation
surface with water, and the foundation layer shall be oil-free, ash free and dry.
